The Inner Smile.

An old Taoist practice, retold for modern men. In about twenty minutes you'll go from wired and scattered to warm, calm and very much in your body.

It's the practice I've taught more than any other, because it works, and because it feels so good you'll actually want to do it again.

You'll get

  • The guided video: lie back, close your eyes, and let me walk you through it
  • The printable guide: why it works, a short version for busy days, and how to make it a daily habit
  • Letters from the practice: occasional, useful, easy to unsubscribe from

Where should I send it?

Why this practice

Smiling, on the inside, on purpose.

You already know what a real smile does to your face. The cheeks lift, the eyes soften, the jaw lets go. What most people don't know is that you can send that same feeling inward: into your heart, your belly, your pelvis, your whole body.

Taoist practitioners have done this for centuries as a way to relax the organs and circulate life force. In modern terms, you're giving your nervous system a strong, clear signal of safety and pleasure. It's very hard to stay tense, anxious or numb while you're doing it.

It's a lovely way to start the day, wind down at night, or reset before anything that matters. That includes sex.
