Jing · Body · Somatic Sex Education
Your sexuality is life force. Let's treat it that way.
Somatic sex education is body-based learning about sex, pleasure and intimacy. No lectures, no shame, no performance: just practical skills that change how it feels to live in your body.
Jing · essence
What is somatic sex education?
Soma means the body as you experience it from the inside: what it actually feels like to be you right now. Somatic sex education teaches through that felt experience rather than through theory.
Most of us learned about sex from schoolyard jokes, a single awkward health class, and porn. None of those taught us how arousal actually works, how the nervous system shapes erections and orgasm, how to stay present when it matters, or how to ask for what we want. So we're left white-knuckling it and wondering what's wrong with us.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your body is wired for pleasure and connection, and those wires can be retrained at any age. That's what neuroplasticity means in practice.
In Taoist terms, this is the work of Jing: your essence, your root, your sexual vitality. Tend it well and it fuels everything else.
What men bring
The stuff nobody talks about. We talk about it.
- Performance anxiety and pressure in bed
- Erections that aren't reliable
- Coming too quickly, or struggling to come at all
- A porn habit that's crowding out real intimacy
- Low desire, numbness, or feeling cut off from your body
- Shame about your body, your desires, or your past
- Getting your sex life back after prostate or genital surgery
- Touch starvation and loneliness
- Wanting to be a more present, more generous lover
- Plain curiosity: more pleasure, more aliveness, more of you
Straight, gay, bi, or still figuring it out: all men are welcome here, exactly as you are.
How it works
Practical, private, and yours.
Sessions are coaching conversations paired with guided, body-based practices. Depending on what you're working on, we might explore:
- Breath and arousal: using the breath to stay present, build sensation, and change the pace
- Nervous system skills: learning to move between charged up and calm, on purpose
- Body mapping and awareness: noticing what you actually feel, rather than what you think you should feel
- Mindful self-pleasure: a solo practice that rewires habits formed by porn and rushing (done in your own private time)
- Consent and communication: knowing what you want, asking for it, and hearing a no without collapsing
- Anatomy and the science of pleasure: the manual nobody gave you
Everything moves at your pace and is guided by your goals and your consent. You leave each session with something concrete to practise.
“Pleasure isn’t a reward for getting everything else right. It’s guidance, a north star that your inner compass registers as wanted.”
