The work
Heavenly Embodiment.
Heaven isn't somewhere you go when you die. It's a way of being in your body: alive, at ease, and turned on to life. This is the practice of getting there.
Two words
What I mean by embodiment.
Soma is your body as you experience it from the inside. Do you feel pain, weariness, numbness? Or are you bursting with life?
Embodiment is how fully you're actually living in that body: how present you are, how alive, how authentically you show up in the world.
Most of us live from the neck up. We use the body to carry the head to meetings. Embodiment is the slow, pleasurable work of moving back in, and finding out there's a whole house down there you forgot you owned.

The Three Treasures
Taoist medicine teaches that we're sustained by three treasures, each linked to a centre in the body. They aren't separate. Wounding in one shows up in the others, and so does healing. Heavenly Embodiment works with all three at once.
- 神 Shen · upper centre, the head Spirit: Hypnosis, Trance & Meditation Change the stories running underneath, and the body follows. →
- 氣 Qi · middle centre, the heart and chest Breath: Qi Gong Slow, ancient movement that settles the nervous system and fills the tank back up. →
- 精 Jing · lower centre, the belly and pelvis Body: Somatic Sex Education Your sexuality is not a problem to manage. It is life force, and it can be trained. →
Principles
How the work feels.
Pleasure is the teacher.
We don't "fix" you. We expand what feels good and let that do the heavy lifting. The nervous system learns fastest when it feels safe and enjoys itself.
Grounded, not floaty.
I love the mystical, and I'm equally at home with the science. You'll get old wisdom and modern physiology, with no dogma and no guru stuff.
Practice beats insight.
Understanding is lovely. Change comes from doing. You'll leave every session with something specific to practise, small enough to actually do.
Falling off is part of it.
Everyone drops their practice sometimes. The skill is climbing back on, with kindness and without drama. That's a big part of what I teach.
Men heal in good company.
So much of the hurt men carry comes from carrying it alone. Whether it's one-to-one or in a circle, you're not doing this by yourself anymore.
Ready to move back in?
A free, no-pressure call of up to 30 minutes. You tell me what's going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help, and we both get a feel for working together.
